Maths
Mathematics is essential to everyday life, critical to science, technology and engineering, and necessary for financial literacy. Mathematics education therefore provides a foundation for understanding the world and the ability to reason mathematically. At Bishops Down, we use resources from the White Rose Maths scheme to support our teaching, and we are a member school of the Maths Hub, using the Maths Mastery programme to ensure that our teaching and learning is effective and exciting for all our children.
